Corporate Event Production in Las Vegas, NV is a trade show game. Every year the Las Vegas Convention Center fills with CES, NAB Show, SEMA, and dozens of other major expos. Each one brings thousands of exhibitors competing for the same attention. Production quality is what separates the booths that draw a crowd from the ones that get walked past.
Simple is an event production company that produces in Las Vegas at trade show scale: full conferences and summits, exhibitor booths and activations, product launches, meeting suites, and the hospitality events that surround the big shows. One team plans and executes everything: technical production, staging and AV, show management, and on-site execution.
What sets us apart here is that events, video, and marketing live under one roof. The same team building your booth produces the product film, the demo theater content, and the social cuts that carry the show home. You get one partner, one production plan, and one consistent brand across every surface that matters.
Las Vegas rewards producers who know the trade show calendar and how the venues work. We do.

The Las Vegas Convention Center anchors everything. The $1 billion West Hall expansion opened in 2021 with a 600,000-square-foot exhibit hall, and a $600 million renovation of the legacy campus is now underway. The underground Loop shuttles attendees across the campus in under two minutes. We know how to work the building: show labor, freight and load-in logistics, and coordination with venue and show management.
Beyond the convention center, the resort corridor offers serious production space. Caesars Forum packs 550,000 square feet with the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world. The Venetian Expo runs 2.25 million square feet and regularly absorbs CES overflow. Mandalay Bay Convention Center, the Wynn and Encore conference center, and Sphere (opened 2023, built for immersive product launches) give keynote-scale options from every corner of the Strip.
Timing matters here. CES takes the city in January, NAB Show in April, SEMA in November. Venues, labor, and hotel blocks get tight around the anchors. We plan production around the calendar, and Harry Reid International (LAS) puts your team minutes from every major venue.

Las Vegas has no shortage of vendors. What it has is a different kind of competition: thousands of exhibitors, activations, and hospitality events running at the same time, all fighting for the same attendees. We treat your trade show program as one production: the booth, the meeting suite, the keynote, the after-hours event, the sizzle reel. Planned together, executed by one team.
Simple is headquartered in Washington, DC, with production teams traveling to 25 cities nationwide. Our world-class producers fly in, so you get our standards, our accountability, and people who know your event. We hire local crews, rental houses, and stagehands, so you get people who know the convention center and the resort venues, and local labor is covered without shipping gear cross-country. Travel is part of how we quote, never a surprise line item. Because events, video, and marketing live under one roof at Simple, your booth content, keynote media, and social cuts come from the same crew with the same understanding of your goals. No handoffs, no translation loss.
We deliver what we say we will. Your budget, timeline, brand, and reputation are in careful hands. Show weeks are unforgiving, and we plan for that.
Yes. Booth production, demo theaters, product launch stages, meeting suites, and hospitality events around the big shows. We coordinate freight and load-in, show labor, and the venue rules that govern each floor.
Yes. We produce around the anchor shows every year: CES, NAB Show, SEMA. That means planning for tighter venues, tighter labor, and tighter hotel blocks, and running one team across your booth, your events, and your content so nothing competes with itself.
Expect union labor at the big rooms. The convention center and the major resort venues use union stagehands, electricians, and teamsters for core trades. We build labor calls, jurisdiction rules, and venue coordination into the production schedule from day one.
Yes. We are experienced with the building's show labor structure, freight and load-in procedures, in-house AV policies, and the underground Loop logistics that move attendees across the campus. We coordinate directly with venue and show management.
That is our standard model. The same team producing your event captures it: sizzle reels, session recordings, booth interviews, social cuts, and recap films, all with the same understanding of your message.
Our senior producers fly in and own your program end to end. We hire local crews, rental houses, and stagehands who know the convention center, the resort venues, and the rhythm of show weeks. If your program runs in multiple cities, one team can carry it across all of them.
