Conferences, galas, and corporate programs across Tysons hotels, Capital One Hall, and McLean estates, produced end to end. One local team for production, video, and marketing.

McLean runs two markets at once, and both of them gather seriously. In Tysons, Fairfax County's central business district, headquarters teams from Capital One, Freddie Mac, Booz Allen Hamilton, Hilton Worldwide, and Mars, Incorporated fill hotel ballrooms and conference floors with leadership summits, client programs, and company-wide meetings. A few minutes away, residential McLean along Chain Bridge Road hosts a quieter calendar of estate receptions, nonprofit galas, and private celebrations where discretion matters as much as production value.
The settings set a high bar. A keynote in the main theater at Capital One Hall. A gala in the ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. A multi-day conference at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner. A tented evening on a private estate, with neighbors close enough that every detail of sound, lighting, and load-out has to be planned, not improvised. Audiences here include finance, hospitality, and defense executives who sit through professionally produced programs for a living, and they notice when a show is loose.
We produce corporate events across McLean and Tysons end to end: planning and management, technical production, show execution, and event creative. One partner, one team, from the first site visit to the final load-out. Our home base is in Washington, DC, minutes away across Chain Bridge, so our crews and vendor relationships are already here.

McLean's event map splits into three settings, and each one produces differently.
Tysons hotels carry the corporate load. The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, attached to Tysons Galleria, is the market's luxury standard, with a large ballroom and deep meeting space built for galas, awards nights, and executive conferences. Hilton McLean Tysons Corner handles large conference programs with extensive event space and meeting technology support, and the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center gives groups a base directly at Tysons Corner Center. Headquarters programs anchor this calendar: Capital One and Freddie Mac in finance, Booz Allen Hamilton in consulting and defense technology, Hilton Worldwide in hospitality, and Mars, Incorporated in consumer brands all run leadership, client, and partner events within a few blocks of these hotels.
Capital One Hall changed what a corporate program can look like in this market. Opened in 2021 as part of Capital One Center, steps from the McLean Silver Line station, it pairs a 1,600-seat theater with The Vault, a smaller black box space, and a multi-story atrium that configures for receptions, product launches, and company celebrations. The Watermark Hotel next door keeps attendees and speakers on site, and The Perch rooftop park above gives receptions a setting no ballroom can copy.
Then there is residential McLean. Estate events along Chain Bridge Road and the surrounding neighborhoods are fully built environments: tenting, power, catering support, valet, and lighting designed for properties that were never meant to be venues. They reward early planning and punish shortcuts.
The calendar has a rhythm of its own. Fall and spring bring the heaviest run of conferences, partner meetings, and gala nights, and the best hotel dates and theater holds go early to organizations that plan a year out. Holiday programs cluster around Tysons Galleria and the hotels in December, when retail traffic and valet demand peak at the same time. Year-round, the four Silver Line stations at McLean, Tysons, Greensboro, and Spring Hill shape how attendees actually arrive, and smart programs publish Metro directions alongside parking and valet plans, stage speaker arrivals against Beltway traffic, and build reception timing around commuter flow out of the office towers. None of this is glamorous, and all of it decides whether a program feels effortless or strained.
Logistics tie all three settings together. Capital Beltway, Chain Bridge Road, and Leesburg Pike traffic can swallow a load-in schedule, hotel loading docks run on reservations, and corporate campuses are security-conscious about vendor access. Outdoor programs answer to Fairfax County noise rules and close residential neighbors. We fold all of it into the production plan early, long before guests arrive.

Most production companies serving McLean commute in for the day. We are already here. Simple is based in Washington, DC, minutes away across the river, and our crews, rental relationships, and venue contacts across Tysons and McLean are working relationships, not first introductions.
That local base matters in a market split between corporate campuses and private homes. We know how dock scheduling and vendor access run at the Tysons hotels, what a general session in Capital One Hall's theater requires from a show team, and how to design an estate load-in that respects a residential street. We also plan for the audience in the room: executives from finance, hospitality, and the defense and intelligence community, in a market where Booz Allen Hamilton is headquartered and the CIA campus at Langley sits quietly in McLean.
And because events, video, and marketing live under one roof at Simple, your stage design, session capture, sizzle reel, and social cuts come from the same team with the same understanding of your goals. No handoffs, no translation loss.
We deliver what we say we will. We treat your budget, timeline, brand, and reputation with care. As we get to know your organization, we become the partner you call first.
Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is built for large conference programs, with extensive meeting space and technology support. The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner suits executive conferences and galas that need a luxury setting, and Capital One Hall works when the program needs a true theater stage. We match the venue to the program, then scale staging, AV, and show crew to fit it.
Yes. Capital One Hall, opened in 2021 in Capital One Center, offers a 1,600-seat main theater, The Vault black box space, and an atrium for receptions and launches. We handle production design, show calling, technical direction, and capture, and we coordinate with the venue team and The Watermark Hotel for speaker and attendee logistics.
Yes, and estate production is a distinct discipline. We plan tenting, power, lighting, catering support, valet, and load-in routes for residential properties, including along Chain Bridge Road, and we design sound and scheduling around Fairfax County noise rules and close neighbors. Early site visits matter here, because the property itself sets the production plan.
Fairfax County noise rules restrict amplified sound at night, and residential settings add their own expectations on hours, parking, and load-out. We confirm the rules for your specific property early, design the program to finish inside them, and handle any county permitting the event requires.
For peak conference and gala dates at the Tysons hotels, nine to twelve months out gives you the best rooms and vendor options. Estate events also benefit from long lead times because of tenting and permitting. Tighter timelines are possible, and we produce on them regularly. Give us your date and we will give you an honest read on what is possible.
From 30-person leadership sessions at a Tysons hotel to theater programs at Capital One Hall and conferences and galas of 1,000 or more. The production plan scales to the event, not the other way around, and the same team carries your video and marketing content alongside the live program.
Simple's team are technical experts and know how to deliver multi-day, very sophisticated productions, and nailed the live and social content execution.
