Corporate Event Production in Miami, FL is built for a city that hosts the world. The Miami Beach Convention Center completed a $620 million transformation in 2018: 1.4 million square feet, 500,000 square feet of exhibit space, and a 60,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom. It anchors winter conference season alongside finance summits, Latin America regional meetings, and incentive programs that use the city itself as the venue.
Beyond the convention center, Miami runs on momentum. Citadel moved its headquarters here in 2022, cruise lines like Royal Caribbean and Carnival run global operations from the metro, and Miami International Airport makes the city the gateway to Latin America. Every one of them stages summits, leadership meetings, and client events that have to perform.
We are a production team that produces nationally, and Miami is one of our key markets. We handle every aspect of event production: planning and management, technical production, show and on-site execution, and event creative. One partner, one team, from first walkthrough to final load-out. Whether you need full production or a specific capability slotted into your existing team, we build the approach around your goals.

The Miami Beach Convention Center sets the standard here: 84 breakout rooms, four exhibit halls, the Grand Ballroom, and a campus built for citywide events. We plan for the winter season the way it actually runs: peak demand from January through April, tight hotel blocks, and programs that blend indoor production with outdoor receptions in January weather.
Beyond the convention center, Miami rewards producers who match the venue to the moment. The Fontainebleau for large-scale resort programs. Faena Forum for events with architectural drama. The Pérez Art Museum Miami for receptions on Biscayne Bay. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens for galas with old-Miami grandeur. The Adrienne Arsht Center for performances and general sessions.

Most production companies show up with gear. We show up with a plan built around how Miami actually operates. We walk the venue, map the load-in, and learn the building before your attendees arrive.
Simple is headquartered in Washington, DC, with production teams traveling to 25 cities nationwide. Our world-class producers fly in, so you get our standards, our accountability, and people who know your event. We hire local crews, rental houses, and stagehands, so you get people who know the building, and local labor is covered without shipping gear cross-country. Travel is part of how we quote, never a surprise line item.
And because events, video, and marketing live under one roof at Simple, your event branding, stage content, sizzle reel, and social cuts come from the same team with the same understanding of your goals. No handoffs, no translation loss.
We deliver what we say we will. We treat your budget, timeline, brand, and reputation with care. Earn your trust on the first show, and we become the team you call for every one after.
For winter-season programs, six to twelve months gives you the best vendor and crew options: January through April is peak demand for the convention center and resort venues. That said, we regularly produce events on tighter timelines. Tell us your date and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Yes. We know the transformed campus: the four exhibit halls, the Grand Ballroom, the 84 breakout rooms, and the in-house policies that govern productions there, and we coordinate directly with the venue team.
Yes. Resort programs, off-site receptions, and multi-venue itineraries are a regular part of our work in this market. One producer owns the whole program, so the experience holds together from the convention center to the beachfront dinner.
That is our standard model. The same team producing your event captures it: sizzle reels, session recordings, social cuts, and recap films, all with the same understanding of your message.
From 50-person executive summits to multi-day conferences and 30,000-attendee festivals. The production plan scales to the event, not the other way around.
A Simple producer owns your event from first walkthrough to load-out. We hire local crews, rental houses, and stagehands in Miami, so the venues, waterfront logistics, and load-in are handled by people who know them. If your program runs in multiple cities, one team can carry it across all of them.
Simple's team are technical experts and know how to deliver multi-day, very sophisticated productions, and nailed the live and social content execution.
